Surface Finishing

Powder coating is an in-house service offered by AG Holding. Over the past decade powder coating has been increasing and well accepted by our large customer base. Powder Coating is a cost effective and less wasteful process with a high quality and durable finish and is viewed as a more environmentally friendly process particularly helping control air pollution and hazardous waste disposal. We undertake both large batch and small batch runs and can powder coat a large variety of sizes up to 2.25m.

AG Holding can also arrange surface treatments such as heat treatment, galvanising, zinc plating, chrome plating, anodising and painting.

Many components also require additional finishing processes such as countersinking, drilling, tapping, deburring and nutsert insertion which can all be performed in house.
